GRAMPER top management establishes the following IMS policy determining the mission, vision and strategy for its accomplishment:
INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM POLICY
GRAMPER establishes this Integrated Management System Policy to secure the products it delivers will meet stated and real customer requirements as well as requirements from current laws and regulations.
The goal of Gramper is to become and remain the leading company on the market regarding the quality of services provided and the quality of products that are subject to such services.
This goal of Gramper is accomplished by implementation and constant improvement of the integrated management system, aligned with requirements from standards SRPS ISO 9001:2015, SRPS ISO 14001:2015, SRPS ISO 45001:2018 and SRPS ISO/IEC 27001:2014, including:
- Measures to improve customer and stakeholder satisfaction,
- Constant modernization of equipment and staff training,
- Accomplishment of management’s leading role,
- Active participation of employees in planning, implementation and valuation of all activities in the service provision process,
- Prevention of pollution, reduction of natural resources consumption, reduction of waste from all processes
- Reduction of safety and health risks of employees,
- Detection and management of processes that contribute to customer satisfaction,
- Constant improvement of quality of services related to sale of products, environment protection, safety and health at work and information security,
- Raising the level of awareness of employees regarding quality of operations, environment protection, safety and health at work and information security,
- Decision making based on collected and reviewed data regarding products and processes of service provision,
- Creating trust with all stakeholders as an organization that pays special attention to protecting personal and business data,
- Developing partnerships with suppliers.
The Integrated Management System Policy is the basis to establish IMS goals and focus GRAMPER on its efforts to constantly improve.
